Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 422 days and so far as the present case is concerned, facts have been exaggerated to detain the petitioner in custody. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the incident complained of is after 2 and a half months of marriage. Having regard to the close proximity of time in which the incident happened, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 255 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
