Pursuant to the order dated April 2, 2026, Mr. Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the Commission, has taken necessary instructions. 2. He produces a copy of the instructions dated April 23, 2026, which is kept on record. 3. From the instructions, it appears that the available records which were considered by the Commission, that the petitioner had been serving in the said school in the secondary section. Hence, he is entitled to the marks on account thereof for prior teaching experience. 4. In view of the stand taken by the Commission on the basis of the response from the Chandannagore Municipal Corporation, which runs the school, Mr. Singh, learned Advocate 2 appearing on behalf of the Commission, has fairly admitted that the Commission will consider the grant of marks that the petitioner is entitled on account of the appropriate teaching experience as well as the marks he had obtained in the interview. 5. The petitioner will be considered afresh as he is now within the zone of consideration, upon consideration of the aforestated two sets of marks. 6. The Commission is also directed to take further steps upon addition of the aforestated two sets of marks, if the petitioner is found to be eligible. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
