1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The instant petition under Sections 480 and 483 of BNSS has been filed seeking to grant regular bail to the Petitioner / Accused, in connection with Crime No.322 of 2024 on the file of IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam which is registered for the offence under Section 106 of BNSS and Section 43(a) of NDPS Act.

2
3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel would further submit that no prima facie case is made out against the Petitioner. It is further submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against the Petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that, it is not a fit case for grant of bail since there are specific allegations made against the Petitioner to attract the alleged offences.
5. It is not in dispute that the application seeking bail filed by the Petitioner before the trial Court was dismissed. The present petition is filed without there being any substantial change in circumstances. It is well settled that successive bail applications are maintainable only when there is a material change in circumstances. In the absence of any such change, this Court is not inclined to consider the case of the Petitioner for grant of bail.
6. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
