JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk to consider the representation dated 30.09.2022 to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the RTC on the strength of succession in respect of three pieces of property all measuring 4 acres each in Sy.Nos.42, Block No.2, Sy.No.42 Block No.4 and Sy.No.42 Block No.5, situated at Nettigere Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11140 WP No. 1225 of 2024 South Taluk. The Khata at present is standing in the name of the petitioner's husband late Sri J.M.Rajappa, S/o late Munisanjeevappa. 2. The learned counsel for petitioner has today filed a memo along with the RTCs, which reflects the name of the petitioner's husband, J.M.Rajappa, S/o late Munisanjeevappa showing 4 acres each in three different blocks in the same Sy.No.42 situated at Nettigere Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk. 3. Learned AGA submits on instructions that since the representation given by the petitioner was in the year 2022 and the system now in operation requires details of the applicant along with the phone number and genealogical tree to enable an OTP to be sent to the mobile phone of the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Advocate prays that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation with all the details. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11140 WP No. 1225 of 2024 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of while directing the petitioner to give a fresh representation with the details, not only of the lands in question, but also the cell phone number and genealogical tree to enable the respondent-Tahsildar to process the application and do the needful. 5. The respondent-Tahsildar shall process the application that would be given by the petitioner and necessary orders shall be passed to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date on which the application will be given by the petitioner to the respondent Tahsildar.
