1. In view of Notification No. 85/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 21.08.2026, whereby the matters fixed for 27.08.2026 were directed to be taken up on 31.08.2026, the present matter is taken up today.
2. The present Rent Control Revision Petition, instituted under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, assails the Order dated 08.04.2026 passed by the learned CCJ-cum-RC, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition, being RC ARC No. 399/2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties, on instructions, jointly submit that the parties have mutually agreed to an arrangement, whereby the Petitioner shall vacate and hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the Subject premises to the Respondent on or before
31.03.2027. It is further agreed between the parties that the Petitioner shall pay a sum of ₹20,000/- per month to the Respondent from This is a digitally signed order. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner shall file an Affidavit of Undertaking incorporating the aforesaid terms within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

Learned Counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that the present Petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid arrangement and the undertaking to be furnished by the Petitioner.
6. The Registry is directed to take the Affidavit of Undertaking to be filed by the Petitioner on record.
7. It is made clear that, in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions contained in the said Affidavit of Undertaking, the Respondent shall be at liberty to avail of such remedies as may be available to him in law, inter alia, initiation of contempt proceedings.
8. The present Petition, along with the pending Application(s), if any, stands disposed of in aforementioned terms.
