Heard Mr.Achyut Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant as well as Mr.P.K.Bhaduri, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for respondent No.1 and 2/State. 2. This writ appeal is presented against the order dated 14.10.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No.11881 of 2025, whereby it was ordered by the learned Single Judge that the impugned order dated 29.09.2025 so far as it relates to the petitioner and respondent No.3 is stayed and it is directed that the petitioner shall be allowed to work as Incharge Block Education Officer, Lundra, District Surguja till the next date of hearing. 3. The present appeal has been filed against the interlocutory order passed by the learned Single Judge and the appeal against the interlocutory order is not maintainable in view of the provisions contained in Section 2 (1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006, 4. In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. Needless to say that the appellant is at liberty to take necessary steps for hearing of the writ petition expeditiously.
