In this petition, the petitioner is relying upon the similar matter arising out of WP(C) No. 2855/2025 whereby the petitioner had challenged the Electricity Bill being exorbitant, thus, illegal and unsustainable. 2. The petitioner claims that on parity of the order dated 14.10.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 2855/2025, this petition can be disposed of because the petitioner has already applied by way of representation for redressal of his grievance before respondent No. 2 seeking reconsideration of the Electricity Bill, which has been received by him from the office of respondent No. 2 on 11.03.2024, however, till date, the said representation has not been decided. 3. Given the nature of prayer made in this petition, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition at the very threshold without commenting upon the merits of the case. However, only a direction is given to respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the 2 petitioner in accordance with statutory rules as applicable and dispose of the said representation made by the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner shall produce all the documents before respondent No. 2 which would facilitate the respondents in deciding the controversy and question raised regarding disputed electricity bill. 4.
