Sundar, CJ) 10.03.2026 [1] Ms. Thanyonmi Keishing, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 is before us in the physical Court. [2] Mr. Ahel Kom, learned counsel on record for MC (Miscellaneous Case) applicants sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned MC and a scanned reproduction of endorsement made by learned counsel for MC applicants in the case file as regards withdrawal is as follows: JOHN TELEN KOM Digitally signed by JOHN TELEN KOM Date: 2026.03.13 09:53:59 +05'30' 2 [3] It is open to the MC applicants to come to this Court on the same issue after making necessary corrections as it is submitted by learned counsel for MC applicants that withdrawal is necessitated owing to mistakes having crept in qua the MC. [4] In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned MC is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights in afore-referred manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
