Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s):- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and direct the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and grant her compassionate appointment in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that father of petitioner died in harness while working as Gardner with respondent No.3. After death of father of petitioner, on her behalf, application was submitted for grant of compassionate appointment after petitioner attaining the age of majority. Application was submitted on 27.02.2019 and from the documents submitted along with writ petition (Annexure P-3) it is reflecting that respondent No.3 has forwarded the claim of petitioner for approval and action to respondent No.2 and since then claim of petitioner is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondents authorities to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for respective respondents submit that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to take decision on the claim of petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment, they are having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondents to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner in accordance 3 with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
