Learned counsel for the original applicant submits that the original applicant has died on 15th September, 2016. 2. The Indian Oil Corporation has decided to transfer the dealership of the LPG distributorship to the son of the original applicant on compassionate ground, who is represented before this Court. 3. In that view of the matter, CPAN 1349 of 2014 shall stand dismissed. 4. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. 5. The personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. The communication of the Indian Oil Corporation and the death certificate of the original applicant are kept with the record. 8.
