Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4231/2025). 2. In view of above, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation before the Competent Authority and in case, such representation is made, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receiving such representation along with copy of this order. 3.
