It is further directed that, in the event the petitioner avails such remedy(ies) within a period of 15 days from today, the operation of the warrants of arrest shall remain stayed for a period of 15 days from today or until such remedy(ies) is availed by filing an appropriate motion, whichever is earlier, and in any case not beyond the said period of 15 days.
