This matter is of the year 2015 and adjournment was taken by way of last indulgence on 8.7.2024 and further on 23.1.2025, 23.4.2025 and 7.5.2025 and inspite of the said adjournments and today on repeated calls, nobody has responded on behalf of the appellants and as the matter is of the year 2015, it transpires that the appellants have lost their interest in the instant Second Appeal. 3.
