JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER 1. The case of the petitioner is that she unauthorizedly got constructed a house in Survey No.460/1 of Jyothinagara, Madikere and residing over there. That the authorities threw her out of the house, demolished the house and she is presently homeless. Hence, she has requested the Government to give her an alternative accommodation or give her the money to put up construction on a new house. As her representation has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- "i) issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or direction directing the Respondents 2 to 4 to consider the Representation dated 27-05-2025 produced at Annexure A; and ii) grant such other and further reliefs deems fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost, in the interests of justice and equity." 2. Admittedly, the petitioner had no right whatsoever in respect of the property where she illegally and unauthorizedly - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12748 WP No. 24193 of 2025 constructed a house. Because of unauthorized construction, the authorities concerned have demolished the said structure. 3. I do not find any fault in the same. For that reason, the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
