Sharma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. The present application under Section 151 CPC has been filed by the applicants for substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 6(a), Tulsi Devi and for release of the award amount in their favour, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-date interest. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of all the applicants. As per the applicants, respondent No. 6(a), Tulsi Devi, has expired on 08.11.2024 and left behind the legal representatives, as mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants as well as the legal heirs certificate. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record copy of order dated 29.05.2026, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No. 11970/2026, vide which, the SLP preferred by the State against the judgment passed by this Court has been dismissed. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and legal representatives, as mentioned in the application are ordered to be impleaded in place of deceased respondent No. 6(a) and shall now be figured as respondents No. 6(a) (i) to 6(a)(iii). Since the SLP preferred by the State against the judgment passed by this Court stands dismissed, the application is allowed and the share of respondent No. 6(a), Tulsi Devi, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 6(a)(i) to 6(a)(iii) equally, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in para-9 of the application.
