The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of electricity connection to the submersible pump belonging to the petitioner. On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is fairly submitted that appropriate steps have been taken for providing such connection to the petitioner. In view of the above, WPA 28549 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to provide electricity connection as prayed for by the petitioner in accordance with law and after compliance of all prescribed formalities.
