While the insertions of a paragraph in the order dated 14.10.2026 may not be feasible, it is clarified that the order dated 14.10.2026 passed in B.A. No. 2672/ 2026 granting the privilege of bail to the petitioner was with regard to Special (Nar) Case No. 124 (BGN) of 2025 arising out of Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 184/2025 under Section 22 C/29 of NDPS Act 1985 pending before the Court of learned Special Judge, Bongaigaon. 3. This order shall be read as part of order dated 14.10.2026.
