By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), though the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 12.04.2022, passed by the learned MM-01 (NI Act), Digital Court Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CC No.2625/2022 and order dated 21.07.2026, passed by the learned ASJ-05, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Cr Rev No.521/2026, however, after some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for agitating there all the assertions made and grounds raised herein in accordance with law. 2.
