Mr. Ashok Kotangle, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) states that a letter/instruction has been received on 6th October, 2026 from Respondent No.1 - State, wherein a decision is taken to grant continuation of conditional affiliation for the Academic Year 2026–2027 as per the previously sanctioned intake capacity. 3. A copy of the Letter dated 6th October, 2026 is tendered and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4. In view of the decision now taken by Respondent No.1 - State, we direct Respondent No.5 - State CET Cell to act in conformity with the decision and include the Petitioner - College in the seat matrix, so as to enable the Petitioner - College to participate in the ongoing CAP Rounds for the Academic Year 2026–2027. 5.
