Heard Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant. None appears on behalf of the State. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 09.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi in Misc. Criminal Application No. 2288 of 2025, arising out of A.H.T.U. P.S. Case No. 01/2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that from the Hatia Railway Station two minor children were recovered and it was said that the accused persons were involved in trafficking the children to Delhi. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that one of the co-accused Sanjay Nayak has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 835 of 2025. 5. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 29.09.2025. 6. In view of the fact that that co-accused has been granted bail, as noted above, we, while setting aside the order dated 09.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi 2026:JHHC:6286-DB 2 in Misc. Criminal Application No. 2288 of 2025, arising out of A.H.T.U. P.S. Case No. 01/2025, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVI-cum-Special Judge, N.I.A., Ranchi in connection with A.H.T.U.
