This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned judgment dated 14.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) in the case of “Ritu Jadhav vs. Hemant Rao Jadhav” which was registered as Criminal M.C.C No.1279/2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court Raipur, Chhattisgarh and grant maintenance to the applicant in the interest of justice. 3. earned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the reference made to the Mediation Centre, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and the mediation proceedings have been successful. In view thereof, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order(s), if any, shall stand vacated forthwith. 6.
