4. The grievance raised in this appeal is that the learned Single Judge did not pass any interim order securing the interest of the appellant/petitioner. However, as stated by learned counsel for the respondent-University, since all the seats in the course in which the appellant/petitioner is seeking admission have been filled in, at this juncture no interim order could be passed. The writ petition is still pending. 5. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal, which is hereby disposed of, with a request to learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of W.P.(C)11881/2026 and conclude the same as early as possible. 6. The respondent-University shall file affidavit in reply and proceedings of the writ petition within a week from today, to which rejoinder-affidavit, if any, be filed by the appellant/petitioner within a week. 7. The appellant will be at liberty to make an appropriate application seeking preponement of the date fixed before learned Single Judge in the proceedings of the writ petition. 8. The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. DEVENDRA KUMAR UPADHYAYA, CJ
