Gopal Thakur vs. Santosh Kumari RSA No. 18/2026 21.7.2026 Present: Mr. Prantap Sharma, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Shyam Singh Chauhan, Advocate, for respondents No. 1 to 10. On 02.07.2026, the Court has passed the following order:- “Mr. Shyam Singh Chauhan, Advocate, undertakes to file power of attorney on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 10 within two weeks. In sequel to the orders dated 17.04.2026, 19.05.2026 and 03.06.2026, consequential steps for bringing on record LRs of deceased respondents No. 14 and 19 have not been taken. On the persuasive request of learned counsel for the appellant, by way of last and final opportunity, two weeks’ time is granted to do the needful, failing which the instant appeal shall be deemed to have been dismissed for want of prosecution.” Since consequential steps on the death of respondents No. 14 and 19 have not been taken, therefore, the instant appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution, so also the pending application(s), if any.
