Mr. Datar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has pressed for the prayer Clause (a) which seeks a direction to Respondent No.3 to forthwith grant affiliation to the Petitioner No.2 for the BPT Course for the Academic Year 2026-2027. 3. Considering that prayer Clause (b) has sought a direction which pertains to Academic year 2025–26. This prayer does not survive in view of the statement made by Mr. Shetye, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) viz. that a letter/instruction has been received on 6th October, 2026 from Respondent No.1 - State, wherein a decision is taken to grant continuation of conditional affiliation for the Academic Year 2026–2027 as per the previously sanctioned intake capacity. 4. A copy of the Letter dated 6th October, 2026 is tendered and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 5. In view of the decision now taken by Respondent No.1 - State, we direct Respondent No. 4 - State CET Cell to act in conformity with the decision and include the Petitioner - College in the seat matrix, so as to enable the Petitioner - College to participate 2/3 903-WP 13407.2026.doc in the ongoing CAP Rounds for the Academic Year 2026–2027. 6.
