It is the grievance of the petitioners that in spite of that National Highways Authority of India has allotted the compensation amount but the District Land Acquisition Officer is not disbursing the same. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that if the amount has already been deposited as per the revised rate, the same will be disbursed. 4. After hearing the parties, I find that it is an admitted case that the award has been prepared but the amount, which was deposited was not as per the revised rate. The amount, which has been deposited is calculated considering that the land to be agricultural land, whereas as per the award the compensation has to be calculated and the land has to be valued considering the usage to be residential. 5. Thus, the learned counsel for the State is directed to seek instruction as to whether the National Highways Authority has deposited the balance amount considering the fresh award or not. 6. If the said amount has not yet been deposited, the National Highways Authority of India will deposit the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, which thereafter will be disbursed to the awardees. 7.
