Mr. Archit Bohra, learned Additional Government Counsel submitted that although, the order dated 03.02.2026 has been passed recording the agreement of his colleague, who appeared on 03.02.2026 before this Court, yet he submits that only on account of bona fide confusion that the instant matters are covered by some other matters earlier decided by this Court, without verifying the same with the respondent-Department, wrong consent was given. He submits that in fact the petitioners were selected and appointed as Senior Resident in non service category, who are not otherwise entitled for study leave. 3. Mr. Archit Bohra further submits that even otherwise, the petitioners were probationers and were not confirmed in the service, therefore, they were not entitled for study leave. 4. Learned counsel submits that under these circumstances, the writ petitions are required to be heard on merits. 5. Mr. Rajendra Soni, learned counsel for the non- applicants does not oppose the applications. 6. In view of above the applications filed by the applicants are hereby allowed and the order dated 03.02.2026 is recalled and S.B. Civil Writ Petitions No.2261/2026, 2271/2026, 2272/2026, 2277/2026, 2279/2026, 2293/2026 and 2294/2026 are restored to their original number. 7.
