Mattegunta.Sudhir,Standing Counsel For Z.P.Ps,M.P.Ps,Gram Panchayats The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above writ petition was filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.5 in granting building permission to the petitioner for the reconstruction of a dwelling house in an extent of Ac.0.04.004 cents equivalent to 195.5 Square Yards in Sy.No.408 of Seetharamapuram Village, Mahanandi Mandal, Nandyal District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Pending the writ petition, on 24.03.2026, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the learned District Panchayat, Nandyal, submitted a report along with the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat dated 24.12.2025. By the resolution, the Gram Panchayat refused to grant permission to the petitioner to construct the building. Copy of the report along with the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat has been served to learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 3. Given the developments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat dated 24.12.2025 before the appropriate forum. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
