Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the respondents will furnish a copy of the survey report dated 22.10.2025 to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3. The said undertaking given by the respondents is recorded. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish a copy of the survey report dated 22.10.2025 in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer of this Writ Petition to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
