Page No.# 2/2 Apprehending arrest in connection with Boko P.S. Case No.288/2026, corresponding to G.R. Case No.310(K)/2026, under Sections 117(2)/109(1)/ 324(3)/309(4)/351(3)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, is preferred by two applicants, namely, Hemanta Boro @ Babul and Jogen Kalita, for grant of the privilege of pre- arrest bail. Mr. Ali has submitted that the petitioners had appeared before the I.O. on 18/09/2026. Mr. Sharma, learned APP has submitted that charge sheet has been filed thereafter vide charge sheet No. 294/2026 dated 30/09/2026. The petitioners are already on interim bail granted by this Court on 16/09/2026. Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail application stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
