At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. 2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Before parting with the matter, it is observed that vide order dated 23/11/2022, the statement of the appellant was recorded to the effect that the appellant had deposited 50% share of the award amount of Rs. 2,90,703/- before the Commissioner for Employees’ Compensation by way of Demand Draft No. 898991 dated 04/09/2019. 4. As the amount awarded against the appellant has already been deposited before the Commissioner for Employees’ Compensation, the Commissioner is directed to ensure that the said amount is disbursed to the claimants within a period of 15 days, if the same is not disbursed till date.
