Learned counsel, at the outset, submitted that the petitioners are aggrieved by not assigning correct seniority to the petitioners as well as for non consideration of their candidatures for promotion on the higher post. He submits that vide letter dated 03.09.2025, the petitioners were asked by the Managing Director of Rajasthan Co-operative Bank Limited to submit their objections, if any, with regard to seniority assigned to the petitioners. Learned counsel submits that in pursuance of letter dated 03.09.2025, the petitioners have submitted their representations/objections vide letters dated 09.09.2025, however, since then the respondents have not taken any decision over the representations submitted by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel submits that petitioners would be satisfied, in case, the respondents are directed to decide the representations/objections submitted by the petitioners. 3. In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the respondents to decide the representations dated 09.09.2025 submitted by the petitioners strictly in accordance with law and by [2026:RJ-JP:12092] (3 of 3) [CW-9200/2025] passing speaking order within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. The writ petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of accordingly. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. 6.
