This appeal is directed against the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by the learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad in B.P. No. 1018/2025 in connection with Jorapokhar (Bhowra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 137/2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that from the locked house of the appellant, explosive substances were recovered. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated only on account of previous enmity. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 01.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. There does not seem to be any denial that the house from where explosive substances were recovered belong to the appellant. On consideration of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to interfere in the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by the learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad in Neutral Citation ( 2026:JHHC:2545-DB) 2 B.P. No. 1018/2025 in connection with Jorapokhar (Bhowra O.P.) P.S.
