Since I am not entering into the merits of the grievance of the petitioners, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents and also it is not necessary to call for the counter affidavit. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the Anganwadi Sevika, who has been appointed i.e. respondent No.8 is not a resident within the area of nutrition zone (poshak kshetra). It is their contention that the person, who has to be appointed must be a resident of the same area for which the Anganwadi Center has been established and any person beyond the jurisdiction of the said Anganwadi Center, cannot be appointed. 4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the residence of respondent No.8 though near to the Panchayat Bhawan but is beyond the defined “nutrition area”. He further submits that the petitioners have represented before the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro for ventilating their grievance but no order has yet been passed. 5. The prayer of the petitioners in this writ petition is for a direction upon the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro to dispose of the said representation in terms of the law considering the Rules of appointment of Anganwadi Sevika. 6. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that if the representation is still pending, the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro will consider the grievance of the petitioners and will pass an appropriate order as per law considering the Rules of appointment of Anganwadi Sevika. He also submits that if spot enquiry has to be made, it would be done by an independent person, who was not the member of Selection Committee. 7. Considering the said submission, I direct the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro to conduct an enquiry on the grievance of the petitioners and, thereafter, on the basis of the enquiry report and after hearing the aggrieved parties concerned including the respondent No.8, pass an appropriate order in terms of the Rules of appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and a reasoned order should also be communicated to the petitioners. 8. It is expected that the entire process should be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 9.
