The present appeal has been filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned APP as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 3. The present appeal is directed against the order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act, Ranchi in A.B.P. No.1269 of 2025 in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No.20 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 109/ 333/ 76/ 352/ 351(2)(3)/ 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3(1) (r)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 whereby and whereunder the prayer of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail has been rejected. 4. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with the liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 5. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent No.2 have raised no objection. 6. Permission is accorded. 7.
