Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of CrPC seeking quashment of FIR and further consequential proceeding registered at Police Station, Mana Camp under Crime No. 117/2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B, 34 of IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the instant petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have already been acquitted by the learned trial Court. 4.
