It is further submitted that owing to her advanced age, her mobility is severely restricted and she is not in a position to move independently without assistance and appear before this Court in person. Hence, the present application has been filed seeking permission to appear through video conferencing. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also taking note of the advanced age and age-related ailments of the applicant, this Court is inclined to accept the request. 4.
