Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. 2. The writ application has been preferred challenging two orders for different periods both dated 28.11.2025 under Section 14(B) of the EPF, Act and two demand notices also dated 28.11.2025. 3. It appears that the said order under Section 14(B) and the demand notices have been issued on the same date, which prima facie is not permissible. 4. On hearing the Learned Counsels for the parties, it appears that the said orders are appealable orders but, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata, still 2 does not have a regular Presiding Officer, they have approached the High Court. 5. Considering the said facts, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file an appeal under the E.P.F. Act, within 30 days from the date of this order. 6. In case, no appeal is preferred as, per leave granted, the order of stay shall stands automatically vacated on expiry of 30 days and the authorities shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 7. Writ application stands disposed of. 8. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 10. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities. [Shampa Dutt (Paul). J]
