The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Taljhari PS Case No.31 of 2023, for offence registered under section 420, 467, 468 of the IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is not the employee of Save Bank and the allegations are made that after opening of the account, the petitioner has withdrawn Rs.74,451/- from the accounts of informant and other villagers. He submits that the allegations are false and in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that in paragraph nos.5,7,8,9,15 and 16 of the case diary, the independent witnesses have supported the case and innocent persons have been 2026:JHHC:17497 2 cheated and in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. The allegations are there against the petitioner of withdrawing the said amount after opening the account of the villagers and the informant and the witnesses have supported the case in the aforesaid paragraphs of the case diary, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected, and consequently, this anticipatory bail application being A.B.A.No.1531 of 2026 is, hereby, dismissed.
