GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.4471 of 2026 O R DE R: The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the Respondent No.3 in seeking to dispossess the Petitioner from an extent of Ac.6.17 cents in Sy.No.10/3 situated at Surampalem Village, Rajavommangi Mandal, Alluri Seetharama Raju District, pending disposal of LTRP No.65 of 2023 on the file of Respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Respondent No. 4 herein had filed LTRP No. 65 of 2023 before Respondent No. 2, seeking eviction and possession of the land held by the petitioner. 3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent No.3 is seeking to dispossess the Petitioner though L.T.R.P.No.65 of 2023 is still pending for adjudication. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on the signed instructions of the Respondent No.3, dated 17.02.2026, wherein it is stated that no steps are being taken to dispossess the Petitioner from the subject land. The relevant portion of the instructions reads as under: “ It is further submitted that no steps whatsoever have been taken by this Office to dispossess the Petitioner from the subject land, particularly in view of the pendency of LTRP No.65 of 2023, therefore, the question of initiating any coercive action does not arise”. 3 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. There shall be no order as to costs.
