Counsel further submits that the statements of Uday Bhan Singh (PW-1) and Pawan Tyagi (PW-2), as recorded during the course of trial, clearly reveal that both witnesses have denied identifying any person as being involved in the mob during the alleged incident and the other co-accused persons have already been
[2026:RJ-JP:5565] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2341/2026] granted bail by this Court. Trial of the case is likely to take a long time to conclude, till then, his further incarceration would not serve any fruitful purpose and he is ready and willing to furnish his bail bonds. Therefore, the bail application deserves to be allowed. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material made available on record. Taking into consideration the submissions put forth and overall facts & circumstances of the case but without commenting upon detailed merits of the case, this Court deems it fit to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. Therefore,
