The matter was thereafter posted on 16.02.2026, on which date the following order was passed: "It is alleged that the petitioner despite there being an order for payment of maintenance, except furnishing the DD before this Court, he has not paid any amount till date. He has occupied the premises dispossessing the respondent who is a senior citizen. For the say of the petitioner finally list this matter on 23.02.2026, subject to petitioner paying a cost of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent." 4. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner’s counsel on the last date of hearing as well as today. 5. Learned counsel for respondent submits that there has been no compliance with either the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner or the order of this Court. 6.
