HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"1.Declare that the Petitioners are entitled to proportionate service weightage for the academic years 2009-2010, 2010-2011, and 2011-2012, in terms of the service rendered by the Petitioner from the date of joining, and in accordance with the judgments rendered in W.A. No.545/2021 dated 07-11-2022-Annexure-C.
2. Direct the Respondents to consider the representation dated:26-03-2026 and 26-03-2026 vide Annexure-G and G1 respectively and grant the proportionate service weightage for the aforesaid academic years while computing the total marks of the Petitioner for selection purposes, and consequently declare the Petitioner eligible for selection against the post of Kannada Teacher;
3. Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2.
3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the representations at Annexures-G and G1 submitted by the petitioners have not been considered by the respondents even till today and as such the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival
submissions, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision pursuant to the representations and Annexure-G and G1 submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law bearing in mind the orders at Annexures-C and the order passed by this Court in WP.No.21604/2019 dated 23.09.2020, WP.No.8113-8131/2015 dated 22.10.2019, W.A.No.360/2020 dated 19.07.2023 and Special Leave to Appeal(c).No.24767/2023 dated 22.07.2025 and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
