By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 75 days in re-filing the captioned revision petition. 2. For the reasons stated in the present application, the present application is allowed and the delay of 75 days in re-filing the captioned revision petition is condoned. 3. The present application is disposed of. CRL.REV.P. 514/2026 & CRL.M.A. 26679/2026 4. By virtue of the present petition, petitioner seeks following reliefs:- “1. Set aside and quash the impugned order dated 24.03.2026, being illegal, arbitrary, perverse, and passed without proper appreciation of facts, law, and binding precedents; This is a digitally signed order. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law by filing a fresh petition before the learned Sessions Court. 6.
