The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and
4. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the notices issued by the 4th respondent dated 13.11.2025 individually to all the petitioners under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 alleging that the petitioners encroached upon the Vanka land by constructing the house in Sy.No.94 of Ananthapuramu Rural, hence sought for explanation within 7 days from the date of receipt of the said notices. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a threat of highhanded action by the 4th respondent, pending the above said proceedings without giving any opportunity to the petitioners to submit their cases. 4.
On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioners submit their explanations to the above said notices, the same would be considered by the authorities concerned, following the due procedure. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioners are permitted to submit their explanations, enclosing all the necessary documents in support of their claim to the above said notices of the 4th respondent dated 13.11.2025 separately within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of

receipt of this order. On receipt of such explanations, individually from the petitioners, for the above said individual notices of the 4th respondent dated 13.11.2025, the 4th respondent shall proceed with the necessary enquiry pursuant to the above said notices dated 13.11.2025, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioners, giving due opportunity, upon verification of the records and the subject land as detailed in the table mentioned in the above said notices dated 13.11.2025, appropriate orders shall be passed on their own merit separately as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months thereafter. Pending the above said enquiry, there shall be an order of status quo as on today to be maintained with respect to the subject lands of alleged encroachment covered under the above said notices dated 13.11.2025 issued by the 4th respondent. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
