The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful alleging willful violation by the respondents of the order passed by this Court on 23rd July, 2026. 2. Vide order dated 23rd July, 2026, the officials of the respondent authorities/Delhi Fire Services (‘DFS’) and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. (‘BYPL’), were directed to carry out an inspection of the petitioner’s property. Paragraphs 13 and 14 of the said order are set out below: - This is a digitally signed order. The petitioner alleges that despite the aforesaid order the petitioner’s property has not been inspected by the respondents till date 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent authorities/DFS and BYPL submit that the officials of the respondents duly went for inspection of the petitioner’s property on two dates i.e., 8th August, 2026 and 11th August, 2026 and the property was found to be locked. 4.1. In this regard, photographs of the officials of the respondents outside the petitioner’s property on the said dates have been handed over in Court and the same are taken on record. 5. In light of the aforesaid submissions, clearly, no case of contempt is made out. 6. Be that as it may, it is directed that a fresh inspection of the petitioner’s property be carried out by officials of the respondent authorities/ DFS and BYPL on 3rd September, 2026 at 12:00 Noon. 6.1. The aforesaid date and time have been fixed with the consent of the petitioner. 7. The petitioner shall cooperate with the officials of the respondent authorities in the inspection process. Counsel for the respondent submits that inspection should be carried out in the presence of police officials as they apprehend that the petitioner and his family members may create nuisance. 9. Accordingly, it is directed that the inspection shall be carried out in the presence of police officials to be deputed by concerned SHO. 9.1. A copy of this order shall be supplied to concerned SHO of the area. 10. The contempt petition stands disposed of in terms of the above directions. 11. Pending application stands disposed of.
