This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside/cancel the impugned advertisement/notification dated 02/03/2023 (P/1). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the direction to the respondent authorities to avail various benefits to the petitioner, along with, to consider them 4 for promotion. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents, to provide regular employee of the school, the central pay level, as equal pay and equal work, and also consider them for promotion for the said vacant post. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly direct the respondents decide there representation dated 06/03/2023 submitted by the Union on behalf of all the employee working under the EMRS, pending before the respondent no 4, in the interest of Justice. 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2/Union of India submits that this petition has become infructuous as services of the petitioners except petitioner No.8 has been regularized which was the primary relief prayed by the petitioners and so far as Petitioner No.8 is concerned, since Petitioner No.8 was not having requisite qualification, as such, she has been directed to fulfill requisite 5 qualification and thereafter, her case will be considered. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as he is not having any instructions on behalf of the petitioners, he is not in a position to say anything. 4.
