These are writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following respective prayers:- “W.P.(C) 12310/2026 “(i) To Direct the Respondent No.1 - National Testing Agency (NTA) to issue certified copy/duplicate NEET-UG scorecard of the Petitioner at the earliest; and/or (ii) To Direct the Respondent No.1 – NTA to file an affidavit providing the details of the Petitioners’ NEET-UG examination, including application number, roll number, rank, and marks, and allow the same to be treated as equivalent to the original NEET-UG scorecard; and/or (iii) To Direct the NBEMS (Respondent No.2) and NMC (Respondent No.3) to accept the duplicate NEET-UG scorecard or the affidavit filed by the Respondent No. 1–NTA in place of the original NEET-UG scorecard for the purpose as and when the petitioner appear for the FMGE examination and for completing the registration formalities with the NMC….” W.P.(C) 12367/2026 a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ Directing Respondent No. 1 (NTA) to expedite the issuance of This is a digitally signed order. For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3. Mr. Khanna, Ms. Narain and Mr. Jaganathan, learned counsels accept notice on behalf of the respondents NTA, UOI and NBEMS respectively. 4. Mr. Khanna, learned standing counsel for the respondent NTA states that the NTA is in the process of making an SOP, wherein the candidates such as the petitioners will get their score cards from the Digi Locker platform. 5. For the said reasons, the present petitions shall be treated as applications and once the SOP is formalised, the score cards shall be released to the petitioners 6. It is expected that since the exams are scheduled in the month of December, 2026 the needful shall be done by 31.10.2026 7. The petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
