Mr. Maiti, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that after filing of this writ petition criminal prosecution was initiated by concerned police authorities based on the complaint lodged. 3. Copy of the FIR being No.0171 dated 2nd May, 2026 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. 4. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority, it appears grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises. [2] 7.
