1. The petitioner has filed this writ petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for records of the entire case for its perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce the relevant records pertaining to the guidelines/agreements framed by the respondent authorities for the implementation of CG-SWAN Scheme in the State of Chhattisgarh, pertaining to the employment of workforce, their salary, penalty levied for employing lesser trained workforce, and other relevant information as sought by the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.3, 6, and 7 to provide the necessary information as sought by the petitioner vide Annexure P-1 (Colly), as well as Annexure P-8 (Colly). 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to initiate suitable enquiry into the information/allegations leveled by the pertaining petitioner to the working/implementation of the CG- SWAN (Chhattisgarh State Wide Area Network) project implemented in the State of Chhattisgarh through the Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society [CHiPS] and its vendors, including the private respondents.
3 10.5 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to grant exemplary compensation to the petitioner for the mental harassment and agony caused to the petitioner at the behest of the office of the respondent no.3 and its subordinates, including respondent no. 6 and 7. 10.6 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly direct for appropriate disciplinary enquiry against the Public Information Officer/respondent no.7 and the First Appellate Authority under the RTI Act/respondent no.6, as per the provision of law. 10.7 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail remedy under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. On due consideration, the prayer is allowed and learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
