After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the respondent no.03, the Collector, Kaimur disposes of his representation dated 18.03.2026. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner. 5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.03, the Collector, Kaimur with fresh representation in next four weeks who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion after hearing of the parties at an earliest.
